Amma Mountain Academy, Trick-or-Treat Family STEM Night
Get ready for a spooktacular night of science, logic, and sweets! Amma Mountain Academy is thrilled to invite our entire community to our Trick-or-Treat Family STEM Night on Friday, October 23, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
This event is completely free and open to the public, so gather your ghouls and ghosts for an unforgettable Halloween celebration!
Welcome to the Mad Scientist Lab 🧪
For one night only, AMA will be completely transformed into an interactive Mad Scientist STEM Lab. Children will have the chance to roll up their sleeves and dive into hands-on Halloween science experiments. Our lab stations feature a mix of chemistry, biology, and forensic fun, including:
Bubbling Cauldrons: Watch eerie, fizzing reactions come to life.
Fingerprint Analysis: Step into the shoes of a detective to dust, lift, and decode unique patterns.
Microscope Specimen Observations: Peer into the microscopic world to view spooky, fascinating samples up close.
Toxic Potions Creation: Mix colorful concoctions to test different scientific reactions.
Trick-or-Treating Around the Shops 🍬
What is a Halloween celebration without treats? In addition to the mad scientist experiments, kids can wear their favorite costumes and visit all the local shops for a fun, safe indoor trick-or-treating experience.
Special Tuition Savings for Semester 2 📚
While the kids are busy mixing potions and collecting candy, parents can learn more about what makes our hybrid K-5 microschool community so special. Be sure to stop by the Amma Mountain Academy informational table during the event. You'll get an inside look at our programs, meet our team, and find out exactly how you can save an extra 5% off Semester 2 tuition!
